What Is the OMORPHO Gravity Mile Challenge?

The mission is straightforward…MOVE EVERY DAY.

Throughout January, we encourage you to walk or run for at least 15 minutes a day (the is approximately one mile). You can walk, run, or hike outdoors or indoors, whatever keeps you moving consistently.
